Thankful: Day seventeen

The day finally came, as days are wont to do. I had my first acupuncturist appointment in Eugene this morning. *sigh*

A little tune-up + a plan does a lot to ease my aches & pains & my mind.

{thankful for little needles, as funny as that might sound}
