that's F as in Fred, A as in alligator, I as in Igloo, L as in lunatic

Morning broke and we were off and running; the kids, the dog, the dishwasher.

But not my modem, or router or whatever you feel like calling it. I paid it no mind. I headed off for Zumba and figured it would be fine.

So began my day:

2 trips to:

for a thingagig (modem/router) that cannot be configured without:
2 phone calls to
2 continents

losing hours in my day and possibly braincells (I don't have any to spare)

All I can say is that I am glad my day started with a lot of this:
Do you like my hair?

and I am ending it with a little less whining and a little more of this:

I feel so techy.

Whoa. We are both having head-exploding kinds of days...But you're so much kinder than I; maybe I really do need to Zumba (I already do the wine/whine thing).

See you soon :D

Oh, but how lovely and romantic those two continents look! You did them a service today and they thank you.

You know, the Zumba class at the gym where I am a member just totally cracks me up...I swear the instructor is just in there making stuff up left and right. But it looks like everyone is enjoying themselves!

Have a much better evening.

This reminded me of reading a story out of Austin's Highlights magazine with the pictures filling in the blanks! Loved it!

So I can call you for Tech Support now?

I hear you with the tech frustrations; my laptop got infected THREE TIMES with some crazy virus; thankfully hubby was able to de-bug it and re-image the thing.
While changing setting after setting, numbers after numbers, I wondered just how they know to change 8 to 3 and take that 35 AND make it zero.

Maybe witchcraft?

I'm just so happy to be back online.
Ok, what the heck is Zumba?! Never mind, I'll google for it...

The wine/whine thing I get, although why they'd make you call Australia is beyond me?

I have to admit that I started reading your blog the first time because your last name is the name of the town I live in, but I do enjoy your posts. Enough to add it to my "Blog's that I follow" list on mine.

You're quick, intelligent, and don't ramble like so many of us tend to do (guilty!).

I like it!

I got about two words in to the techy part and I started hearing "lalalalalalalala" in my head and my eyes glazed over - any techno talk scares me.
Hope all is well now (wine... good solution!)

But now? It's all better. Because? Here you are. So yay! And good job! And can you fix mine next time it doesn't work?
