Florence. Oregon.

A certain dog I know loves the sand. And water.

Now that we are 60 miles from the Oregon Coast, it stands to reason that we can swing a day trip there, from time to time.
If only the sun could have joined us. She's sorta afraid of the coastline. Big baby ball of fire.
Not that my kids care.
Believe me when I tell you friends: That water is C O L D. Brrr

I am so very jealous! I suggest a wonderful wetsuit, which will allow you to frolic in the waves no matter HOW cold they get! ;)

It looks like you are making yourselves at home in your new place - just an hour away from the coast. Looks lovely!

What is it with kids? Carlie would swim in a puddle on an iceberg if given a chance. My lips are turning blue just looking at your kids in that water. xo

One of the first things we did when we moved here to Maryland was go to the beach. It was October and it was cold. My kids didn't care. They played in the surf for as long as they could stand it. Thank goodness I had changes of clothes for them.
